2 Services 6pm & 8/8.30pm £50.00 per person

On arrival a Glass of Prosecco and amuse bouche

followed by a choice of starter, main and dessert including palette cleanser

Starters

Seared loin of Veal Carpaccio with Moroccan coleslaw and sauce vierge

South coast crab wonton in Thai style broth

Charcoal cheddar filled Arancini with a duo of carrot and pea purees with dressed leaves

Palette cleanser

Blood orange granita with vodka

Mains

Barbary duck breast with fondant potatoes, chargrilled salsify & artichoke with chervil puree, rosemary jus

35 days aged fillet steak with mushroom dauphinois, green beans, tenderstem broccoli & roasted vine tomatoes with a brandy peppercorn sauce.

Roast baby vegetables in a puff pastry basket (carrots, leeks, asparagus, beetroot) with a mushroom and tarragon sauce and lambs lettuce salad

Pan fried Brill with confit fennel, roast heirloom carrots & Ratte potatoes with Champagne sauce
